Please note, the Work Group will be held at Boston Children's administrative offices (on Park) and not at the hospital (on Longwood).

Mobsters & Lobsters Trolley Tour
After the member breakout sessions from 3:30–5:00 PM and a bit of well-earned free time, we invite you to kick off the final Work Group of 2025 with a wicked good time!
The Mobsters & Lobsters Trolley Tour is your chance to unwind, connect, and enjoy Boston’s storied past before we part ways until March 2026.
Hop aboard a classic trolley for a guided ride through legendary mob tales, local history, and the city’s signature lobster lore — all served up with select wine, beer, hard seltzer, and nonalcoholic beverages. You’ll arrive back at the hospital just in time for any planned dinner engagements, making this the perfect bridge between sessions and your evening plans.

Morning Segment
The morning sessions of the Work Group will contain all four of the F2F Testing Tapas segments, as well as a special all the way from Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.

Lunch at Time Our Market
We're switching things up this year! Each registered guest will receive a gift card that will be good at all vendors in the Time Out Market, whether you want coffee, a smoothie, doughnuts, burgers, pizza, asian inspired mashups, ice cream, Mediterranean, Italian, BBQ, authentic Mexican or lobster rolls, Time Out Market has you covered. Registered participants will pick up their gift card when they pick up their badge between 8:30-9:00 on October 23rd and the cards will be valid throughout the day and evening.

The afternoon sessions of the Work Group will be packed with PFFA 2025 F2F Benchmarking Reveal, Member Compliance Workshop and groups discussion around current challenges facing the channel and how the PFFA is answering the call.
